Welcome to Atma Darshan (accessible at https://atmadarshan.ca). By accessing our website, booking appointments, or engaging in any of our spiritual, holistic, or consultation services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered & Disclaimer

AtmaDarshan offers holistic, spiritual, and wellness services including Astrology Readings, Guided Meditation, Numerology, Tarot Readings, Akashic Records Readings, and consultations.

• Entertainment & Spiritual Guidance Purpose: All readings and spiritual services are provided for personal insight, spiritual guidance, and educational/entertainment purposes only.
• No Professional Medical/Legal Advice: Our services are not a substitute for professional medical treatment, psychological diagnosis, legal advice, or financial counseling. Always consult a licensed professional for medical, legal, or financial decisions.

2. Bookings & Video Conferences

• Appointments are scheduled using integrated Google Calendar / Google Appointment scheduling tools.
• Virtual sessions are hosted via Google Meet. You are responsible for ensuring stable internet connectivity and arriving on time for your scheduled call.
• If you arrive late for a session, the reading or consultation will still end at the scheduled time to respect the next client's booking.

3. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

• Payments: All fees (in CA$) must be paid in full prior to or during the scheduling process as indicated on the booking page.
• Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
• Refunds: Once a consultation or reading session has been completed, fees are non-refundable due to the nature of the service provided.

4. User Conduct & Respect

We maintain a safe, non-judgmental, and respectful environment. AtmaDarshan reserves the right to terminate any session immediately without a refund if a client exhibits abusive, disrespectful, or harassing behavior during consultations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logo designs, texts, graphics, visuals, and custom layout code—is the property of AtmaDarshan (developed by Madnetik.in) and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

AtmaDarshan shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental decisions made or actions taken by clients based on insights received during readings or wellness sessions.
